The Starting Strength DVD shows a group of lifters progressing through the teaching progression to a training weight for each of lift: squat, press, deadlift, bench press, power clean. The video was recorded in 2009 as a companion to the second edition of Starting Strength. It does not reflect the current teaching methods and optimized cues found in Starting Strength 3rd edition. The basics are there, but you will note differences between the current text and this legacy product.
