Starting Strength Training Camps

Each training camp is a one-day event focusing on The Squat, Presses, or Pulls taught by Starting Strength Coaches.

The components for each camp is the same, and in each case is concentrated on improving performance of the lift/s:

  • Brief discussion of theory of each lift
  • Practical session for each lift
  • Discussion of common technical problems and how to correct them
  • Programming discussion
  • Q&A
