Starting Strength Training Camps

Training camps are events focusing on The Squat, Presses, and/or Pulls taught by Starting Strength Coaches.

The components for each camp is the same, and in each case is concentrated on improving performance of the lift/s:

  • Brief discussion of theory of each lift
  • Practical session for each lift
  • Discussion of common technical problems and how to correct them
  • Programming discussion
  • Q&A
