I’m Embarrassed when I think back to the people who I have listned to over the years and some of the people I have listened to and some of the real experts who I have not given the respect due. This book has clearly differentiated tan and tank top crowd from the truly strong I mean the kind of men and women you would want at you side when the going was truly getting tough.
as for the hardcover edition worth it is worth every penny there are some books you buy in paperbaqck and some you get the hardcover edition and this is one you want in hardcover
