I wish that I had seen this DVD before I lifted a barbell the first time in 1964. The big 5 lifts are covered by taking the viewer step-by step through the deadlift, squat, bench press, press, and power clean. Actual male and female students execute the steps in the lifts and the lifts themselves under the direction of Mark Rippentoe.
